Last year, I visited the Rivertown Ice Cream and Grille in Newburgh and they've got some great ice cream, shakes, sundae's, cones, and more.  The owners, Jake and Karly Broerman, were teaching me how to make a "Swirl" and as you can see (below) it didn't have that pretty little swirl-curl to it. lol.
