Being a pain in the butt to your sibling - older or younger - is a rite of passage. It's just something in our DNA. It's a no-brainer for older siblings. They're older, bigger, stronger and more experienced. On the other hand, the younger siblings that endure years of torture and and ridicule have the pleasure of knowing that one day they will be just as big and strong, if not more, as their big brother or sister. And payback is oh so sweet!

I am the younger sibling in my family...I have a sister who is just about three years older than me. My new friend Ross here, is the oldest of four brothers, so we can both relate to the experience that I share in my latest Cubicle Confession.
