Yes, 2020 Gets Worse as Reid’s Apple Festival Gets Cancelled

The COVID-19 pandemic has already caused so many events and festivals to either cancel, reschedule or postpone in the tri-state, and now this. We had a feeling that the Apple Festival would be in jeopardy and we got word today that indeed it would not go on as planned.

The Reid's Apple Festival is a fall staple for some good family fun and was originally scheduled for October 17th and 18th, 2020. We weren't surprised when we got the news that it isn't to be for the 2020 season. Amid COVID-19 concerns, owners Billy and Kathy Reid had to make the tough decision to cancel this annual event.
