Saying Goodbye To Dave Fields from WKDQ

There are special people in this world that make everyone feel special. It's a God-given gift, this can't be taught. My friend Dave Fields from WKDQ, has this gift.

I say this because Dave is moving today -- and I am sad.

I met Dave a little over 2 years ago when I was on WKDQ every Wednesday from 8-10am. I was there to talk about my non-profit, Project Reveal, and I eventually became a fixed part of the show. Dave cared about me and what was going on with Project Reveal. He made me feel like what I was doing was important.

Dave invited my husband James to play soccer with his team and they quickly became friends. Dave and his family attended several Project Reveal events and it means so much to me.

Dave not only cares deeply about people, he lights up a room and always brings the fun. We have had a lot of fun the past few years and he will be missed. He will always be an example of what love, fun, and hard work look like.
