I am a mother of four, CEO and Crossfit athlete. I live out my passions in storytelling and community engagement. In 2011, I created Project Reveal, a non-profit organization which hold events and programming for women and girls and a television series on PBS where we give women a space to tell their life stories. I am crazy in love with my sweet and irresistible husband, James. I love being the co-host of the My Morning Show because I love giving a voice to community members, entertaining people by saying the things that people think, and hopefully creating a space for people to laugh.

The Perfect Way To Eat a Cupcake
