Plan Ahead for a Safe Halloween Night

Halloween in Evansville isn’t just for kids in costumes - it’s also a night when adults like to have a little fun, too. Whether you’re heading to a Halloween bash, bar crawl, or costume party, it’s all about enjoying yourself responsibly. If your night includes a few adult beverages, there’s one thing you absolutely need to plan ahead: how you’re getting home safely.

The Scary Truth About Drunk Driving

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, someone in the U.S. dies in a drunk-driving crash every 52 minutes. Every single one of those tragedies was preventable. So, before you grab your keys after a few drinks, remember - no spooky night out is worth a real-life nightmare.

How Logan’s Promise Safe Ride Program Works

This Halloween, Logan’s Promise is once again offering a Safe Ride Program to make sure you and your friends get home safely. Just use the Lyft code SAFEHALLOWEEN2025 to receive up to $25 off your ride home.

  • This code can be used on Friday, October 31, and Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 8pm-3am.
  • The ride must take you home - NOT to another party or bar.
  • The program is open to residents of Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, and Gibson counties.

Safe Rides Aren't Possible Without Generous Sponsors

This year’s Halloween Safe Ride program is made possible by BMWC Constructors. If your business would like to help sponsor a future Safe Ride event, reach out to cbrown@loganspromise.org.
