According to a new study from Realtor.com, Indiana ranks as the 4th best state in the nation for young homeowners to get started, thanks to a combination of affordability, availability, and smart investing potential.
The study looked at homeownership rates among people aged 25 to 34 and considered things like average listing prices, inventory, job opportunities, and the percentage of young adults who already own homes.
Affordability Meets Opportunity
So, why should first-time buyers consider a home in Indiana? For starters, home prices remain relatively affordable. Plus, Indiana offers a combination of urban, suburban, and rural communities. The fact is, Indiana gives young buyers plenty of options depending on their lifestyle and budget.
