Evansville Business Trying to Identify Van Who Dumped a Dog By Their Building

Salvage Candy in Evansville caught a van dumping a dog on their security cameras and have filed a report with the police.

Dumping pets IS ILLEGAL.  Animal Control is open for intakes as it is an essential business, there is zero reason to dump an animal in this way.  Salvage Candy luckily caught the van dumping the dog all on camera.  Thankfully the kind people at Salvage Candy were able to get the dog, they said he is skittish, and very skinny, but safe now.

They called the police and have filed a police report. They are looking for any information on the person who did this.  If you recognize this van or dog, please contact EPD and reference case #20-61495.
