1,000 Free Meals Evansville’s Longest Table Returns November 2

The Longest Table is not just about serving food. It is about creating an opportunity for people to sit side by side with neighbors they may not have met before.

A Gathering That Brings People Together

On November 2, 2025, Evansville will welcome the second annual Longest Table event at the C.K. Newsome Center. Hosted by Feed Evansville, this special evening will provide 1,000 free meals to community members beginning at 4 p.m. CST.

A Space For Connection

The event will be a time to celebrate the opening of the Feed Evansville Community Kitchen, a new space dedicated to food access and connection in the city. Families, individuals, and neighbors of all backgrounds are invited to come together. Sitting across from someone new or next to someone from another part of the city is a chance to learn, share, and build understanding.
