What happens when 600+ families clean out their closets? They declutter and earn cash. You shop and save money! Pigtails & Cowlicks is set up at the Owensboro Convention Center. Shop Friday, April 19th, 2024 from 8 AM until 5 PM, and Saturday the 20th from 8 AM until 1 PM. Get early access HERE.
