‘This or That’ with Snickerdoodle Art’s Andrea Halbig [Podcast]

Andrea Halbig is the Chairwoman of the Stop Light City playground project. She's also the crafty owner of SnickerDoodle Art located on Franklin Street. Andrea has also left her artsy mark on several Evansville schools.
