Paving Project Scheduled for Morgan Avenue Lasting Until November

INDOT has announced that there will be a lane closure on Morgan Avenue in Evansville due to a paving project scheduled until November.

This paving project is expected to begin on or around May 28th. During the paving project, one lane of Morgan Avenue between Highway 41 and I-69 will be closed as crews will be patching and repaving the road. One lane of traffic will be open at all times.

Needless today, this will cause a few delays, especially during the the rush hour in the morning and afternoons. If you have another route to and from work, you might want to take that to avoid any kind of traffic congestion or delay. According to INDOT and the Evansville Police Department, this paving project is scheduled to last until mid to late November, depending on weather conditions.
