Pancake Racing at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites [Video]

Stacey will compete in just about anything. She proved that when she challenged me to a pancake race. I was more than happy to oblige her, even though I had no idea what she was talking about!

All I can say is that it was a really close (and delicious) race. A photo finish really!
