Want to get fit but aren't ready to commit to a gym membership? Newburgh United Methodist Church offers FREE fitness classes and sports. There is no cost to attend a class or drop in sports, no registration is required (so just show up) and the classes are designed for all fitness levels. Some tournaments and team sports require a small fee. See below.
