New Bubble Tea Restaurant Opens in Evansville
A new place to grab a refreshing bubble tea has opened its doors in Evansville.
What is bubble tea?
In recent years, bubble tea seems to have really risen in popularity, but I know some still aren't familiar with it. So what exactly is bubble tea? According to KungFuTea.com:
Bubble Tea (also known as pearl milk tea, boba milk tea, or simply boba) is a Taiwanese drink that was invented in Taichung in the 1980s. The tea is mixed with milk or fruits and topped off with chewy tapioca pearls.
Since bubble tea first came out in the 1980s it has exploded in popularity. I've only tried bubble tea once, and it was delicious, so I'd love to try out more flavors. Now there are more options than ever for bubble tea around the Tri-State because a new bubble tea restaurant has opened its doors!
Bubble TeaTalk is the newest bubble tea establishment in Evansville. They are celebrating their grand opening on July 27th, and are located at 619 N. Burkhart Rd, Suite G. According to their Facebook page, not only will they be serving up delicious flavors of bubble tea, but they'll also be creating giant multicolored cotton candy flowers, like the kind you see all over the internet!
