VICTOR is just a pup...he is a schnauzer/lab mix. He needs to get neutered before he's ready for adoption, so at this point ITV is looking for a foster home for VICTOR. We always recommend you stop by It Takes a Village on Stockwell Road and visit the doggies there to see if they'd be a good fit for your home.
