Our Fursday Pet of the Week is DIYA...a 4-month-old pit mix available for adoption at It Takes a Village Canine Shelter on Stockwell Rd. This energetic puppy needs and deserves a furever home!

DIYA came to It Takes a Village as an owner surrender. Our friend Missy Mosby (from ITV) tells us that DIYA needs to go to a home that has a pack leader...and alpha-type personality. She's a strong-willed puppy that needs someone who has a stronger will. She is healthy, clearly happy, and ready to go home with you today!

The adoption fee at It Takes a Village is $185.
