Kentucky Wesleyan College Hosting a Fun Back Together Bash in Owensboro

It's a big weekend at Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro. It's homecoming weekend and the college is hosting a never-before-held event. It's called the Back Together Bash and it's going to feature a jam-packed Saturday afternoon that is open to everyone- not just current and former KWC faculty and students.

The Back Together Bash is 1pm to 6pm, Saturday, October 1st. The event is FREE and is open to EVERYONE!

As you can see, the day is loaded up with activities for all ages, including a mechanical bull (can't wait to give that a try) and tons of outdoor games.

Plus, there's an excellent lineup of live music on campus. Four different bands/acts are scheduled to perform.

And, my personal favorite announcement from the college about the event is this. There will be multiple food trucks on campus! I love a good food truck. The Back Together Bash has FIVE of them!

Angel and I will be there as well broadcasting live on WBKR.  We'll be on air covering the fun from 1pm to 5pm.

We both attended Kentucky Wesleyan and have fond memories of the school.  I was there from 1989-1991 (before transferring) and was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, the Wesleyan Players, the Wesleyan Singers and more. I made friendships at the school that continue today. I am also honored that I still get to occasionally return to campus for speaking engagements, appearances, etc.  I am thrilled to be back for homecoming this weekend.
