Ghoulishly Good Times at 'Halloween on Franklin' This Saturday

West Franklin Street will be transformed into a family-friendly fiesta of Fall frivolity this weekend at Halloween on Franklin, presented by the Franklin Street Events Association. This event starts early and ends late (early on Sunday actually) and there's stuff for everyone, whether you're a kid or an adult, whether you want to get sweaty or not.
