Craft Beer Stroll Coming to Downtown Evansville March 14th

Craft brews have exploded over the past several years as both small and large breweries tinker with traditional beer recipes to create their own signature styles. The nationwide trend has found a home here in the Tri-State as well with a number of local breweries opening their doors to beer lovers over the past few years. Seeing that the delicious trend is here to stay, the Downtown Evansville Economic Improvement District is giving you the chance to sample a number of those local and regional beers while enjoying an afternoon along the Main Street Walkway.

The inaugural Craft Beer Stroll will take place on Saturday, March 14th from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. and will features craft beer samples from the following bars and breweries:

• Kevin's Backstage Bar and Grill
• The Rooftop
• Myriad Brewing Company
• Peephole Bar & Grill
• High Score Saloon
• COMFORT by the Cross-Eyed Cricket
• Entwined Wine & Cocktail Bar

According to the event post on the Downtown Evansville Facebook page, the afternoon will also feature live entertainment, games, and other activities.

Tickets are available now for $15 in advance through Eventbrite, and includes "a commemorative 5 oz. glass and 4 tickets to sample 4 different 5 oz. pours of craft beer at any of the participating locations."

Online ticket sales end at the start of the event, but tickets will still be available at the corner of 6th and the Walkway during the event for $20 each.
