Most of us have only heard of chestnuts roasting on an open fire through a classic Christmas song.  But, yet, it's America's oldest Christmas tradition.  You can be part of this free annual tradition at Santa's Candy Castle in Santa Claus, Indiana. 

Experience the recreation of gathering around the fire for chestnut roasting as it was done by American pioneers centuries ago.

This FREE event takes place at Santa's Candy Castle in Santa Claus, Indiana  for 5 weekends beginning November 25th - December 23rd.  In its 12th year, it continues to grow in popularity becoming a very cherished Christmas tradition for more and more families everywhere.  It's been called one the best free Christmas events in the USA!
