What Weird Recipes Will Hoosiers Eat While Watching the Big Game Sunday?

Personally, I'm extremely excited for the game this weekend.  My Philadelphia Eagles have made it all the way, and they're up against one of the most hated franchises in all of sports in the New England Patriots!  Sunday is THE day to throw all diets out the window and splurge on food!  Sure, we all love wings, chips, nachos, and all of the standards...  BUT what WEIRD recipes will football parties have this weekend throughout the Tri-State?

General Mills has found the answer.  By compiling data from several cooking and recipe websites, they have determined the most-searched "unique recipe" and compiled the information for each state!  So, what "unique food" can we expect to see at parties this Sunday night?

Here in Indiana, apparently we will be cooking Root Beer Chicken, which has my interest piqued.  I love root beer, and I love chicken, and I'd be cautiously optimistic about how those flavors would go together.

As for our neighbors in the parts of the Tri-State, I'll be more apt to attend a party in Kentucky before I would go to Illinois based on this data.  Kentucky will reportedly be preparing a delicious Buffalo Chicken Casserole (YES, PLEASE)!  I'm not hating on Illinios by any stretch of the imagination, but I don't know how good a homemade Chex Mix can be.  Even the best Chex Mix will be a little boring for me.
