West Side Nut Club Free Santa Land Set for This Weekend and Next

The holiday season is full of great Christmas-themed events the entire family can enjoy, including the West Side Nut Club's annual Santa Land set for this weekend and next (December 14th - 15th and December 21st - 22nd) from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. each day.

The event will be set up in Acorn Plaza at the corner of 10th and Franklin Streets across from the Gerst Haus and will feature "free hot chocolate and cookies...live performances by local choirs and bands," and the chance to "meet some of our West Side Nut Club friends such as; Spongebob, Elmo, Big Bird, The Grinch, Scooby Doo and others," according to the Club's Facebook page.

Of course no Christmas event is complete with a visit from the man himself, Santa Claus. Jolly Ol' St. Nick will be on hand to hear what your kids want for Christmas this year, and take pictures.

The best part of the whole thing? It's totally FREE!
