See Postmodern Jukebox Live at RiverPark Center in Owensboro, KY

The word postmodern is defined as "subsequent to or coming later than that which is modern." Okay, I guess that makes sense, kinda - but that doesn't really help when trying to figure out what Postmodern Jukebox is. Simply put, Postmodern Jukebox is a band that plays "today's hits yesterday." Does that make it any clearer?

Maybe this will help - we're familiar with bands/artists that take an "old" song and put their own modern spin on it. Well, Postmodern Jukebox does the opposite - remaking the pop hits of today into the classic sounds of the legends of yesterday. They describe their music as "One part celebration of vintage music and culture, one part Saturday Night Live for singers.”
