One of Newburgh's Most Anticipated Events is Back for 2023

It's time to dust off those tasting glasses and toast to a good time!

After a long hiatus due to COVID-19 I'm so excited that the Newburgh Beer & Wine Festival is back for 2023. This super fun afternoon will not only showcase the best local beers and wines from Indiana, but there will also be food trucks, live music, and a free Derby watch party along the river.

Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 2pm to 9pm at the Old Lock & Dam Park on the Newburgh Riverfront will be a great all-day celebration of sipping, sampling, and socializing with friends, all while supporting this amazing non-profit organization.

Park at Newburgh Elementary and there will be shuttles to take you to the Old Lock & Dam Park.

Live Music

There will be live music throughout the day at the Allen Family Amphitheater, adding to the festive atmosphere.

FREE Derby Viewing Party

And for all the horse racing enthusiasts, we've got you covered! Catch the Kentucky Derby live on a big-screen TV on the riverfront, where you can cheer on your favorite horses and jockeys while sipping on your favorite brews and wines.

All proceeds from the festival will directly support Historic Newburgh’s mission.

Tickets - $25 in advance, $30 at the door

You can purchase tickets through Eventbrite HERE, or purchase at the event. Cash or credit cards will be accepted. Plus, you'll get include a souvenir-tasting glass and access to wine sampling.

No refunds. All proceeds from the festival will directly support Historic Newburgh’s mission of historic preservation, economic vitality, and sustainability in downtown Newburgh.

20 Celebrities Expected to Attend The 2023 Kentucky Derby

There are so many VIP events leading up to the most exciting 2 minutes in sports, Louisville, KY will be crawling with celebrities. Some will be at the Friday night Unbridled Eve Derby party at the Galt House. At the same time, many of the more prominent names will be at the Barnstable Brown Kentucky Derby Eve Gala. This year’s gala will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023, beginning at 8:00 p.m.
