Meet Our Friends from the Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach
The food, drinks and desserts are absolutely delicious at the Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The view, from every single room, is breathtaking. The beach is pristine and the Gulf of Mexico is gorgeous. The activities and entertainment are top-notch.
All these things are great, but as I've said many times before, what I appreciate the most is the people. The staff, regardless of their position/title, always have a smile on their face and are willing to help however they can. Some of the staff has been for several years. We get the chance to see them each trip and have become friends with them.
So I'd like to introduce you to some of the people you've probably heard us talking about during our live broadcasts. Perhaps our most important friend, who is not pictured, is Elise. If it weren't for her we would not have the opportunity to visit the resort, or the chance to give away so many great trips each year!
Brandon
This young fella here took such great care of us each morning during our show. Not only did he make sure we were fed and hydrated, he even got on the air with us during our Slang Word of the Week segment. Guests can see Brandon busting his butt all over the resort. I tell you what, I have hope for our future with young men like Brandon running things!
Isadora
Isadora works at the resorts indoor restaurant, The View. She has been there, for us at least, since day one, and she instantly recognizes me and my family each year. That says a lot to me, considering how many people she sees each day. She always a smile and a kind word, and always has time to chat (she has the coolest accent by the way!). Thanks to Isadora, we are all caught up on how Hurricane Michael really affected the pan handle.
Lynn and Tami
These ladies have way too much fun behind the outdoor bar. But don't get me wrong, they also work harder than just about anybody. Just imagine dealing with a bunch of tipsy, sunburned knuckleheads on vacation. Not only do they keep their sanity, but they make everyone feels special! Plus they let me and Liberty get back there and walked us through making a couple of the resort's most popular drinks. See that video here.
If you find yourself hanging out at the Holiday Inn Resort in PCB, keep an eye out for these amazing people. Odds are you will see them, and they'll make your stay even more enjoyable. If you do run into them, make sure to tell them that Bobby & Liberty said hi!
