Our city and school leaders have been faced with so many difficult decisions this year. In the continuing effort to keep our community safe, and allow students to participate in sports, officials held a press conference to share the updated plan.

Winter indoor sports will have a limited capacity of only two fans for each student-athlete. The Catholic Diocese and Evansville Christian School will also be following these guidelines. Swimming meets will not have any spectators, because there isn't enough space to social distance.

As of right now, the athletes will have the cheerleaders to keep them motivated, but they haven't made a decision about the pep band yet. Hopefully, there will be streaming options, so we can all keep up with our favorite teams.
