Facebook gets a bad wrap for facilitating drama and nonsense, but these days, it's been a great way to stay connected to friends and family that we can't visit right now. I'm thankful that I get to keep in touch with friends and keep up with what's happening in their lives.

If it wasn't for Facebook, I wouldn't be able to bring you this good news story from my friend, Heather Hunt. Heather and I go way back. I think she was in high school when we worked together at the Disney Store, and now she's all grown up, and is a teacher.

Heather and her family have had a rough few weeks. Her dad, Harvey, has been in the hospital with COVID-19. Harvey is retired from the military and law enforcement, and he has otherwise been very healthy. I felt like it was important to have Heather share their story, to encourage everyone to follow the CDC guidelines, so that no one else gets this virus.
