Jihadi Dwarf Terrorist Has Internet Going Crazy

A picture of what appears to be a dwarf terrorist has created a big stir.

The Daily Mail reported the story, saying, "The picture surfaced on an Iraqi security Twitter account last week and is from a photo set taken from a phone seized from an Islamic State militant in west Ramadi in central Iraq."
