Help the Planet and Recycle That Trash This Weekend

On Saturday, December 1, the Vanderburgh County Solid Waste District will hold a drop-off recycling day at the old Walmart west parking lot on University Drive from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon.

The following items will be accepted for recycling at the program:

• newspaper
• junk mail
• cardboard
• magazines & catalogs
• aluminum cans
• steel cans
• #1 - #7  plastic containers

Please...NO styrofoam or plastic bags and NO glass containers!

Be sure items are clean and sorted. The next recycling day will be held December 8th at the 4-H Center.
