In a press conference held at the Ford Center, we were finally able to make the announcement we have been so excited to make - ESPN Evansville 105-3 is the new home for Evansville IceMen hockey on the radio!

Townsquare Media and ESPN Evansville 105.3 are very excited about the broadcast partnership with the Evansville Icemen and see this as a big win for all involved, especially the community of the greater Evansville area.

Evansville is very rich in sports heritage and tradition and is very blessed to have not only professional hockey, but professional baseball, division I and II college sports, not to mention some incredible high school and community sports programs such as baseball, football and soccer played at the highest levels.

What the Evansville Icemen have brought to this community in terms of support and community pride is nothing short of amazing and the Icemen fan base gets bigger and bigger every year. The opportunity to expand the reach of the Evansville Icemen on 50,000 watt ESPN Evansville 105.3 is a huge accomplishment and hopefully just the beginning of a new era in Evansville and Tri-State sports on the radio and online
