Evansville and Surrounding Area Ash Wednesday Services 2017

I've always had an affinity for Ash Wednesday. Mainly because my name is Ashley. But also because of what it means. It's the beginning of Lent - 40 days before Easter. It's a time of drawing closer to God in the Christian religion. If you see some people walking around with a grey spot of ashes on their head, it means they attended an Ash Wednesday service and were marked with the ashes.
