The 99th annual Vanderburgh County 4-H Fair is underway this week featuring a wide variety of activities and events the whole family can enjoy. Before you go, check out the list of banned items from the Vanderburgh Sheriff's Office so you don't have to make a trip back home.

  • Firearms are not permitted.
  • Coolers and backpacks are subject to inspection.
  • No glass containers are permitted.
  • The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
  • No fireworks are permitted.
  • Laser pointers are prohibited.
  • Skateboards or roller skates are prohibited.
  • All livestock must remain in designated areas.
  • Animals (excluding service animals) not registered for an event or function are not permitted.

Tickets for the Fair are $8 per person each night, or you can purchase a week-long pass for $25 per person if you plan on making several trips. Whichever you choose, your admission will get you access to everything the Fair has to offer including Wednesday night's concert featuring Morgan Wallen and Riley Green.
