Cops Connecting With Kids Bringing Back a Fan-Favorite Event

A popular local fundraiser is making a comeback, and it’s all for a great cause. The organization Cops Connecting With Kids has announced that its BBQ fundraiser is officially returning after strong support from the community in previous years.

The event helps raise money for the group’s Disney Adventure, a special trip that gives local kids the chance to experience something many of them may not otherwise have the opportunity to do. The program focuses on building positive relationships between kids and local law enforcement while creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Because the event has been such a hit in the past, organizers decided to bring it back again this year. Supporters can purchase BBQ meals to help fund the trip and support the organization’s ongoing community programs.

How the Fundraiser Works

Organizers say all meals will be sold through pre-sale only, so anyone interested in supporting the cause will need to order ahead of time. Community members can reach out to any member of Cops Connecting With Kids to place their order and get details about pricing and pickup.

Fundraisers like this play a big role in helping the organization continue its mission of connecting officers with young people in the community through positive experiences and mentorship.

And of course, it doesn’t hurt that supporters also get to enjoy some delicious BBQ while helping make a magical Disney trip possible for local kids.

It’s a simple way to support a meaningful cause—and a reminder of how strong community partnerships can create unforgettable opportunities for the next generation.
