cMoe’s “Way Late Play Date” Was a Chance to be a Kid Again
Friday's "Way Late Play Date" at the Children's Museum of Evansville was a chance for me to be a kid again! Many adults who attended the event had a chance to play on 3 floors with hours of fun!
One of the activities I enjoyed was the face painting area. One of our sales associates, Emily Fehn and myself began to face paint meteorologist Joe Bird from WEHT. He didn't seem to mind the lighting bolt, rain, tornado and clouds we painted all over his face.

We also enjoyed the Wet Deck, dressing up & acting goofy on stage in the theatre, pretending to be a meteorologist, (Joe Bird didn't have to pretend) karaoke, our group got a silly picture in one of the exhibit rooms, we watched how fast our hearts beat on a real drum, and more. One of the exhibit rooms we entered looked like a room full of desserts, but,we were fooled! It was all soap that looked like fudge, cupcakes, etc.
cMoe also gave away prizes and offered food and drink on each floor. It really was enjoyable for everyone!
This was a fundraiser to help with educational programming and exhibits. This summer, take your kids to visit the museum and have fun! Hours of operation:
Tuesday - Thursday - 9am - 4pm; Friday & Saturday 9am - 5pm; Sunday 12pm - 5pm. Closed on Mondays.
