Castle Elementary 2nd Graders Make Memorial Day Ornaments and Explain What the Holiday Means [Video]

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Lafferty's second grade class at Castle Elementary while they were making some red, white, and blue ornaments for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday.   

I loved watching the kids having fun making four different patriotic crafts that will hang on the My 105.3 WJLT Holiday Tree in our studio. Check out the video of the children busy at work making their Memorial Day ornaments and find out what Memorial Day means to them.
