Bubblefest Popping Up at Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library Branches

Kids will LOVE Bubblefest popping up all over Evansville this summer!  

Let your kids learn how to create bubbles with the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library and their annual Bubblefest.

Be sure to dress in your messy clothes for these projects!
