Bobby Tries the New Chicken on the Beach Pizza from Azzip [Video]

Azzip Pizza offers a new, specialty pizza each month...and this month's pie is a Chicken on the Beach pizza! They took one of my favorite Mexican meals and made a pizza out of it. Muy bueno!

In case you're not familiar with pollo en la playa (chicken on the beach), it is a deliciously simple dish. In its most basic form it's rice, it's chicken and it's queso. Of course you can spice things up a bit with some peppers or onions.

The pizza is equally as simple. It features chicken, rice, mozzarella, queso sauce and a side of guacamole. You'll definitely want to get you one before the end of September. Esta muy delicioso!
