They say you should do what you love, but, come on, we all want to make some serious bank, don't we?

If you're one of those people who wants to beef up your bank account so that it's the financial equivalent of The Rock's biceps, then pay attention: LinkedIn has released its list of the highest paying jobs for 2017.

The rankings were created by analyzing figures from LinkedIn members. Cardiologist leads a tidal wave of medical professionals. In fact, just about the entire top 10 is made up of jobs in the medical field, so if you've been contemplating leaving that telemarketing gig, realized flipping homes isn't as lucrative as every infomercial makes it seem or come to the conclusion that, no, there isn't a market for those specially-shaped ice cubes that you thought would make you a gazillionaire, then maybe this piece of info is just the piece of info you need to inspire you to change careers.
