Evansville's Newest 7 Brew Is Giving Away Free Drinks During Soft Opening

If your Friday morning needs a little caffeine, you might want to make a stop on First Avenue because Evansville's newest 7 Brew Coffee location is officially serving drinks.

And yes, there are FREE drinks involved.

The new 7 Brew at 4301 N. First Avenue on Evansville's North Side is kicking off its soft opening Friday, August 7, beginning at 7 a.m.

While the location won't celebrate its official grand opening until later this month, Evansville coffee lovers are getting the chance to try it early.

Free 7 Brew Drinks? Say Less.

During the soft opening, the new First Avenue location will be offering free small drinks from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Customers can choose from small coffees, lemonades, and energy chillers.

According to Evansville 411 NEWS, the free drinks will continue for the next several days as the new crew gets some practice and prepares for the official opening.

If you've never been to a 7 Brew, this could be a pretty good excuse to finally see what all the hype is about. The drive-thru coffee chain has a huge menu with coffee, teas, lemonades, smoothies, shakes and its popular customizable energy drinks.

Personally, anytime you put the words "free" and "coffee" in the same sentence, you have my attention.

Mark Your Calendar for 7 Brew SWAG Day

There's another date 7 Brew fans will want to put on their calendars.

Saturday, August 29 will be SWAG Day at the new location.

The First Avenue 7 Brew will also be accepting donations to benefit the Borrowed Hearts Foundation, an Evansville nonprofit that helps support children in foster care and the families caring for them.

So you can grab a drink and help support a great local organization at the same time.

Evansville Is Getting ANOTHER 7 Brew

Apparently, Evansville isn't finished getting new 7 Brew locations either.

With the First Avenue location opening, attention will soon turn to another planned 7 Brew at 1250 N. Green River Road.

The former Fifth Third Bank building at that location was demolished and the property cleared earlier this year to make room for the new coffee shop.

One of the interesting things about watching a 7 Brew go up is just how quickly the actual building can appear. The buildings are prefabricated and delivered in sections before being placed onto the property by crane.

So if you drive by one day and there's an empty lot, don't be surprised if a 7 Brew seems to suddenly appear shortly afterward.
