
4 Evansville Family Events For Your Easter Weekend
Enjoy this beautiful Easter weekend by getting out to one of these fun family events!
1) Thunderbolts Ice hockey
The Evansville Thunderbolts, who have a berth in the Southern Professional Hockey League playoffs locked up, will host the Knoxville Ice Bears at 7:15 p.m. Friday in their next-to-last home game of the season at the Ford Center.
Tickets start as low as $12 and are available at the Ford Center ticket office. Fans get an additional $5 off if they bring a canned good to the game.
Evansville’s final regular-season home game is April 6 against Fayetteville.
2) PEACE Zone Spring Arts and Crafts Show
PEACE Zone is hosting its fundraising 5th Annual Spring Arts and Crafts Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at their center, 410 Mulberry St.
Admission is $1.
3) West Side Nut Club Easter Egg Hunt
The 71st annual West Side Nut Club Easter Egg Hunt begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, rain or shine at Mater Dei High School.
Age groups including preschool, kindergarten, and grades first through third.
4) An Evening with Pete Rose
Baseball legend Pete Rose will be at The Victory Saturday night speaking about his career and life.
The event is 7-9 p.m. Saturday with tickets from $37 to $51 plus fees available through Ticketmaster outlets or the Ford Center box office.
