What Can Fill This Void on HWY 41 North?

Everyday I drive past the strip on HYW 41 that is pretty much abandoned. This is such an opportunity for new businesses, but several buildings have been empty for quite a while.

This nice building has space for lease. There is a BMV office, but I'm pretty sure the rest of the spaces are available.

This is such a prime location for a busy restaurant! Yet, this particular building has been home to several failed attempts. Why?

Most recently, this Hardee's went out of business. This used to be my go-to place to grab a drive thru dinner, after a concert.

And just look at this empty hotel, sitting on this prime location!

I'm no business person, but it sure seems like there is a lot of money to be made, and jobs that could be created, with the right developers. What would you like to see here?
