By now, we should all be familiar with the guidelines and recommended safety measures in place to protect us from the coronavirus and COVID-19. Whether you decide to follow those guidelines is another thing. We all know what the experts say, but sometimes it doesn't hurt to get a friendly reminder. We're all human, after all, and sometimes we forget or slip up.

I recently got to take part in a lighthearted, but educational, "Coronavirus Safety" video for my co-workers here at Townsquare Media. Another way you could say it is that I was "encouraged" to be in the video. And, yet another way you could say it is that I was the reason we needed to make the video at all.

Yep, I had a very human moment and forgot to follow some of the safety guidelines for our kitchen area. Unfortunately, I did it right in front of my boss. I must say, though, she was so nice about it, kindly reminding me of how I should have done things. A couple hours later, I was shooting a video, demonstrating what NOT to do here at work. So, I was the antagonist and my buddy Ryan O'Bryan was the protagonist. He's the one rockin' the unicorn horn!
