Try These 5 Great Pumpkin Beers This Fall
The craft beer craze has opened the door for smaller breweries to experiment seasonal brews. Limited time offerings to fit the time of the year. This leads to the pumpkin harvest in the fall not being just for decorations and pies, but also a unique beer.
You may have seen 6-packs or single bottles of various pumpkin beers in the stores, or on tap at your favorite restaurant. Well, I tried one not too long ago, which led drove my curiosity to compare with others. So, I've listed out 5 great pumpkin ale options you may want to try. They vary from intense pumpkin and spice flavor, to the more subtle and easier to drink. It just depends what you are up for. A couple of the breweries featured below will be at the first ever Tuscaloosa 'Bacon & Brewfest' on Saturday (11/1) afternoon at Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. The name fits for my favorite of the pumpkin beers. All hail the Pumking!

The kick here is a touch of cranberry with that pumpkin. It makes for a beer that is different from the others, and really good.
