Several years ago, a friend told me the story of 'the farmer'. It was profound when I heard it however it kept running through my head last year.

2017 was a rough year for me, I felt like everything went wrong. "It's not good, nor bad. It just is." was a montra in my head giving me peace.

Through the rough moments. I knew I had to stay postiive. I knew deep in my gut that it would be ok - but there were moments that I felt incredibly defeated. This story helped me and I hope it finds you well.
