The ‘Schitt’s Creek’ Rosebud Motel is For Sale it’s Only 1.6 Million
Spoiler Alert: The owner of our beloved Rosebud Motel is not Johnny Rose. The owner IRL is Canadian businessman, Jessie Tipping. He is also the President of Pretty River Sports & Entertainment and the Athlete Institute. He originally purchased the modest motel in 2011, and used it as housing for basketball recruits.
Now that Schitt's Creek has finished filming, Tipping has decided to sell the property. We've been waiting since last November to see the actual listing. How much is it? Well, it's only a cool 1.6 Million dollars.

- 10 rooms including a 2-storey manager's suite & separate cottage
- 6.7 acres of land
- Surface parking lot
