The Evansville ShrinersFest & Air Show Schedule of Events and What NOT to Bring
The ShrinersFest in downtown Evansville starts this Thursday, June 28th and continues through Sunday, July 1st. Check the schedule of events and what NOT to bring!
Evansville's Summer Festival will be held in the downtown area along the banks of the Ohio River with lots of fun and exciting activities planned for everyone! Help support and celebrate the men and women of our armed forces and to all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in the defense of our nation. Here's what we can expect this year:
- Air shows
- Carnival rides
- Food vendors
- Military reenactments
- Beer gardens
- ShrinersFest 5K Run/Walk
- Miss ShrinersFest pageant
- Evansville's Got Talent contest
Veteran events include the return of the USS LST 325 including a large-scale WWII reenactment, the Ultimate Air Dogs Tour along with carnival rides, food vendors, and games stretching out over 9 city blocks.
You won't want to miss the lineup of military and civilian performers on Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1st.

The US Army Golden Knights joins the U.S. Marine Corps AV-8B Harrier II as the newest additions to the 2018 ShrinersFest Air Show!
The T-38 Talons are returning to Evansville! Watch this video!
Admission buttons will be available for $10 at the gate; children 12 & under are free. You can also purchase buttons online at ShrinersFest.com
The Evansville Police urges everyone NOT to bring these items:
- Pets
- Fireworks
- Skateboards
- Bicycles
- Waterguns
- Drones
Police will ask you to leave the premises if you are found with any of the above items. Also, any containers and bags will be subject to a search before or even during the Shrinersfest event.
