Rob Thomas has a Twin…Sort of

Rob Thomas has been in the news this week, and it's caused some confusion!Last week, one of my younger friends asked me if Matchbox Twenty was still together, and I explained that they could still make music again in the future, but most of the members have solo projects that they are working on. Like, Rob Thomas, he's in the studio right now, working on a new album.

Then she said, "Oh yeah, I heard he's producing and stuff now". And I didn't think that much about it at first. Then I realized that my friend, and probably a lot of people, think that Rob Thomas the singer / songwriter is the same Rob Thomas that created Veronica Mars!

It's true, Rob Thomas does have a name twin, and he's totally cool about it. In fact, Rob even agreed to work with "The other" Rob Thomas!
