The Reitz Panthers Boys Basketball program last played for a state title in 1951 where they fell two points shy of a championship to Muncie Central. The 2014-2015 incarnation has the chance to be the first to get the job done Saturday night against a tough Fort Wayne Homestead team who boasts a McDonald All-American and Mr. Basketball candidate in senior Caleb Swanigan.

Coach Mike Adams joined me and Jimmie on Thursday to talk about what has been an incredible season for the Panthers and what they need to do Saturday to finish it with a state trophy.

Check out our complete interview with Coach below.

Tip-off for Saturday night's game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis is set for 7:15 p.m. Central.
