Popular Food Truck Set to Open Old School Burger Joint in Illinois

It has been four long months since our friends with Two Farmers Burgers and Beignets said farewell to the Tri-State. Since that time, they have been working around the clock to open their brand-new restaurant.

What Happened to Two Farmers Burgers and Beignets?

Their extremely popular food truck satisfied long lines of happy customers in Southern IL and Indiana with smash burgers and my personal favorite beignets. We haven't seen them around town lately because they rolled up the truck to focus on opening a stand-alone restaurant.

Very Unique Drinks

If you miss the old-school soda shops, then you are really going to enjoy Two Farmers drink menu. They have eleven drinks on the menu, ten sugar-free options, and you can add cold foam to any drink. Now, I'm not even sure what cold foam does to a drink, but I'm guessing it makes it more like a coffee or float. There are twenty different add-on flavors to make your coffee, tea or soda taste different every time.

Bye Beignets

It isn't goodbye I guess, more of a see you later. The dessert now offered regularly will be JB's barnyard Ice Cream. The beignets will make special appearances, though.
